I appreciate the different ways. It helps you help yourself. I also like all the different areas it goes into to help you help yourself and to motivate yourself which is a big thing these days.
I like the ease of the app and the graphics. I like that each category is a small challenge and you feel good after you've completed them. It has made me think differently to be positive and appreciate the small things.
