I like the ease of use as the best feature for Hawksoft. I trained all employees in my office when we first started using Hawksoft and once you know the logic behind how they created it, it is quite simply, very easy to use. The 2nd BEST feature (maybe this should be #1) is their customer service team, they are SIMPLY THE BEST! They have been amazing to work with from the very beginning. I am know on 5th year dealing with Hawksoft and their team is still SIMPLY THE BEST!

The best part of our experience is that Hawksoft always goes above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. They are very responsive to questions and always ensure problems are resolved. We would happily recommend Hawksoft to any agency looking for a CMS.

With the size of our organization, it is beneficial to have all the data together but also be able to split it out by location/office. HawkSoft is geat to work with!
