What I like best about Harri is that it serves as a true workforce management platform rather than just a scheduling tool. It allows us to manage the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to scheduling, timekeeping, communication, documentation, and engagement—all within a connected ecosystem. The integration between WFM, Talent Acquisition, Academy, Engage, and employee self-service tools helps reduce administrative burden, improve compliance, and create a more consistent experience for both managers and restaurant employees. We particularly value the ability to schedule to forecast, manage availability and skill deployment, document performance conversations, and maintain employee records in one place. Having a centralized platform has helped improve visibility, accountability, and operational consistency across multiple restaurant locations. For a large, multi-unit restaurant organization, having these functions connected within a single system creates efficiencies that would be difficult to achieve with separate solutions.

I really enjoy how customizable the scheduling tool is. I also like that I can organize my team in a way that makes visual sense to me.
