I've worked with multiple providers for Syteline customizations/mongoose development. Zesht IT has been the one that does the most robust work and the highest volume of work if you have a lot of projects stacked up. In a couple of instances, customizations were done by other teams where the other teams used methods not recommended for MT Cloud on our MT Cloud deployment, and we had issues when the monthly uplift happened. Zesht IT team was able to describe and quickly redo these using Infor recommended methods, and we've not had a problem with those customizations since.
