I've been a chiropractor for 10 years and a business owner for 2 years. I was using another well-known software for the first 1.5 years into practice, but made the switch to PB about 6 months ago...My only regret is not switching sooner. As with all EHR softwares, there is always room for improvement. HOWEVER, in 10 years of practice, Practice Better has been the easiest and most user-friendly EHR I've ever used and it didn't take a ton of legwork to transition. The onboarding is very straightforward, there's a great online resource center for DIY help, and the PB Inner Circle Facebook group has been invaluable. Customer support is online-only for now, but they do work very hard to figure out in a timely manner. What I like the best is how easy it has been for my patients to use. Yes, there are always a few who won't download the app, but I've had much better patient responsiveness and outcomes since switching and I love that. Also, that chat/messaging feature is my absolute favorite.
