I could not run my business without it

|Practice Better
I love that the calendar, bookings, messaging and invoicing are integrated in one place. It is intuitive and easy to use. I use it every day and it helps me to save time and therefore money in my business. The helpdesk is responsive and helpful.

The best platform I've used, client's love it too.

|Practice Better
I love the integrations for the UK with Natural Dispensary, this has been such a time saver. Also That Clean Life recipes too. Client's find the app super helpful in communicating with practitioners. It's been the backbone of my practice and I use it everyday. Easy to navigate, helpful training and guides, and simple graphics that don't distract from the therapeutic protocols. Highly recommend.

Helpful and Innovative EMR

|Practice Better
I like that the support gets back to you. I have had many tech questions or set up questions and they are attentative and quick with replying. Also, if you do not respond back to their help email, they will double email you to make sure you got the message which I think is really nice. There are plenty of "how to's" when setting up your practice. I also like that Practice Better is always asking how they can improve for their customers.
