I love all the integrations and features so that everything is in one place (payments, documents, forms, journals, etc.). I like being able to create protocols and courses for my patients. It is easy to use and I've only had to reachout to customer support one time. I've also gotten great feedback from my patients, especially those who have been with me for a long time and had to use my former system. I love that there is an app and that makes it easier for my patients to access their information. I use this every day.

The ease of use for patient notes, being able to open old notes and view them while I also have a new note open is amazing. I can also have forms open in the hub while documenting new notes. Payments and scheduling all in one and very easy to do.

One of the most helpful aspects of PB is having all my client records, forms, documents, communication and scheduled calls all in one place. It makes it so easy to manage several clients at once and saves so much time. It also looks professional and offers the clients features such as a food and mood diary.
