I've found Practice Better to be easy to set-up and run for my multi-dietitian practice. I like how customizable you can make the platform. When I've needed assistance, customer support is quick and helpful. Clients find the platform easy to use.

I like that it is a simple platform and that you can pick the level of services you need. When I was first starting out and didn't have very many clients I could choose the lowest tier which was very affordable. Now that my business has grown I can pick the higher tiers. I also like that this is one of the few platforms I have tried that has options for dietitians and not just other health professionals. I have started using it with Office Ally to bill insurance and that has also been an easy feature to use. When I have contacted customer support they were prompt to answer the question and help me navigate to correct the errors.

It has all the I need it to do, but what I like the most is that will all the education that provided, I've been able to expand my offers. I now have courses, offer group sessions, and video calls all since starting to use practice better. I also really enjoy the ease of creating and tracking packages for my clients.
