I like the ease of use. I use Practice Better daily for cilent interactions. I'm currently building a group program and have been able to find all my questions answered in the Help section along with the Facebook group.

I love how easy PB makes it for you to run your business all from one place. There are so many wonderful features PB offers that the possibilities are endless.. from evergreen programs to courses to email campaigns, PB reallly does it all. I have to also mention the help team.. which are second to none. They answer questions in detail and include supporting documentation as well as offer 1:1 zoom support. Fantastic! They will have your questions answered and have you up and running in no time. I love PB, they make is so easy to run your business. There is no better practice management system out there!

PB has thought of everything! My clients love the platform for its chat function, ease of billing, viewable session notes, ability to share documents, video calls, food and mood journal and more! As a practitioner I love all these aspects as well. My favourite function would have to be the snippets which has allowed me to do my chart notes quickly and save tons of time. I've tried many other charting software and none have thought of this function. Lastly, I'll add that I simply love the design and layout of everything - tech support is always phenomenal whenever I need help too.
