There are so many recipes and great ways to filter protein and fibre amounts along with other nutrtients.

I like the quality, variety and look of the recipes. I like that there is an option to make a meal plan based off of someone's calorie, macronutrient needs and type of dietary preferences/needs (ex: celiac). I also like that you can filter recipes based on calorie/macronutrient needs for the meal. I like that it generates a grocery list and lists recipes out one by one.

I love being able to filter out recipes for my clients based on both preferences and nutrition. I can adjust ingredients, like swapping non fat Greek yogurt for sour cream or coconut yogurt to adjust the nutrition myself. I also like that there are both simple recipes for people who do not have expansive palates and foodie foods for people like me! I've tried many recipes and they are all delicious! Also, I can always reach out with a very prompt response if I have any questions and they even take my suggestions!
