PB offers the ease that every client needs. Their portal allows clients to schedule or reschedule, pay invoices, message with me (HIPAA protected), upload documents, and more. I appreciate the backend ease for myself and my staff, as well. I can create automations, see calendars at a glance, and use their reports to get the info I need quickly. Tasks keep me on schedule and help me remember all the follow up things I'd never remember on my own. I use practice better every single day, all day long. When I'm away from work, I use their app to keep in contact with client messages. It was easy to set up and easy to use -- make sure to work with one of their staff in the first few weeks. They were a game changer for my undertsanding of how to get everything set up!

I love how Practice Better allows me the ability to create systems in my practice. Everything flows so smoothly and saves me not only time, but also money because this prevents me from having to hire out these tasks.
