Practice Better has allowed me to systematise and automate how I interact with my clients. So for example, I have all my client intake forms and questionnaires online and can also send my clients check-in forms to help keep them on track and accountable. It really helps me to have a central hub for all of my client information and then carry out my online consultations directly from the portal. Using the platform is straightforward and I love all of the online videos, customer service is also great and I had a personal 1:1 to help me use the platform to create a programme. It is also easy for me to switch subscriptions to suit my business which has helped me get through a difficult period with low client onboarding.

The ability to keep all of a patients records in one platform including administrative and clinical notes.

Having the ability to connect my outside accounts, such as Fullscript, Rupa, Evexia, That Clean Life is a real time saver. I am not having to switch around as much and can pull up info on clients in one place. Also, huge time saver to have pre loaded form templates and other other pre set up automations available. Finally, the food and lifestyle journal is awesome. I do wish it had a section for IF records, but, overall, it's very extensive and informative.
