Greater Giving is an easy fundraising tool. When I encounter something I have trouble with - setting up webpage or other technical things the Tech Support can always walk me through it an help!

It is very user friendly for setting up and managing projects of all kinds. The more you use it the easier it becomes as most of the products are similar in nature. The option of the project websites is versatile and fairly simple to create resulting in a professional and appealing public face. The prompts are clear and there is wealth of information in the library to access in various ways. Support is very responsive whether by chat or phone. It is my favorite platform to use and I recommend it to everyone I speak to about project/event platforms. I use it daily during my event seasons and feel very supported as I create and manage my projects. It was also very easy to get started with this platform over one year ago. Integrating our database was easy and efficient.
