Very smart and helpful

Without gosquared, we wouldnt know how our clients are utilizing our site (or we'd need to spend $$$ on creating following). This understanding has been priceless. Furthermore, we at last observed a Live Chat that really works - and has live making an interpretation of accessible to assist with our global clients to tackle their issues continuously. We're ready to see what component they're utilizing, assuming they experienced a mistake and furthermore answer to them when we're not at our work areas with the iphone application reconciliation.

Insights on how users are actively using your SAAS product

Without gosquared, we wouldnt know how our users are using our site (or we'd have to spend $$$ on developing tracking). This insight has been invaluable. Plus, we finally found a Live Chat that actually works -and has live translating available to help with our international customers to solve their issues in real time. We're able to see what feature they're using, if they encountered an error and also reply to them when we're not at our desks with the iphone app integration.
