Goody has been easy to implement and has exceptional customer support. Setting up our account was simple, and their platform saved us valuable time, which allowed us to quickly spin up a surprise and delight program for our key stakeholders.

I love how easy it is to send thanks to our customers. All I have to know is the customer name and email and from there I can send a curated store of appreciation. They can, of course, select what is most meaningful to them, but oftentimes they go with the default selection, because the Goody store is so well-stocked with great items. The user interface is easy and we get great feedback from our recipients.
