Goldcast customer support gets an A+++ from me! They're extremely responsive and will continue to proivde daily updates until problems get fixed. I think it's rare to find a company that proactively provides updates on problems. I often have to keep hunting down answers with other software companies. I also love the platform itself and how smooth the user experience is for attendees and speakers. I continually receive positive feedback from speakers saying that it was a breeze and they enjoyed all of the engagement features within the platform. I could go on and on about Goldcast, but I'll end with highlighting their innovation. We signed a year contract in 2023 and signed another multi-year agreement in 2024. Throughout the time I have been a Goldcast customer I have seen so much positive change and innovation on the platform. They're also really great at providing updates and making sure customers have the resources they need when changes are happening. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I love running events using Goldcast!
