The system is very user friendly. it served the main purpose why we moved from a paper submission box. having a online platform to collect ideas with all transparency and being accessible for everyone at any time. Easy tracking of ideas till they become projects and users are more confident, their ideas are fairly evaluated.

The Glint Innovation platform had all the functionalities we were looking for and more. After comparison with other platforms it stood out as the one matching our need the most. It is also very affordable for larger organizations. The administration panel is outstanding and gives the innovation manager a LOT of flexibility in setting up and changing options without having to open support tickets for any minor change. We could customize the platform and add our own design to it. the ADFS login provided us an extra layer of security. We have used it for both internal competitions and crowdsourcing and it worked exactly as expected. The new reports section makes reporting a lot easier and flexible with the dates and we can track evaluator performance in a much accurate way.
