The Glint Innovation platform had all the functionalities we were looking for and more. After comparison with other platforms it stood out as the one matching our need the most. It is also very affordable for larger organizations. The administration panel is outstanding and gives the innovation manager a LOT of flexibility in setting up and changing options without having to open support tickets for any minor change. We could customize the platform and add our own design to it. the ADFS login provided us an extra layer of security. We have used it for both internal competitions and crowdsourcing and it worked exactly as expected. Glint Innovation team is always seeking feedback on their features and how the platform can improve and meet our needs in the future and we have witnessed examples of ideas we discussed that turned into features in the last release. The system is very user friendly. it served the main purpose why we moved from a paper submission box. having a online platform to collect ideas with all transparency and being accessible for everyone at any time. Very user friendly, tracking is powerful. There is a great deal of customization available when not working in mobile mode. The price was very affordable as well, this is always something to consider and sometimes is a breaking point. With it's robust feature list it was nice to see that it wasn't overpriced.
