I really enjoy using Uku. Setting up recurring tasks and managing clients is straightforward, but what I appreciate most is the Uku plugin. It allows me to track time on any job without having to open Uku, and a small indicator appears in the corner to show that the timer is running. This serves as a helpful reminder to stop the timer once I’ve finished working on a task. It’s easy to forget otherwise, but with Uku, you won’t!

What is especially convenient is that in our team different people can work on the same task in separate segments and easily hand it over to one another. In addition, we can attach task-specific checklists, files and comments. This makes life very convenient and saves a lot of time. As both a team lead and business owner, I honestly can’t imagine my work without Uku. If a task or activity is not in Uku, it will probably not get done, because Uku is my calendar, reminder system and everyday work assistant.
