Genemod's dynamic LIMS features are incredibly helpful for lab management at all levels. It’s not just the inventory side of the software, including freezers, consumables, stocks, and orders, that we appreciate; we’re also really enjoying the ELN portion, especially the ability to create unlimited files under projects and version control. Genemod also has a very responsive customer support system, as they get back to us quickly no matter when we reach out. The best part of Genemod is that it offers a great deal of customization and integration between features. When using the virtual freezer, I can create custom items with as many fields as I need, and all those fields are searchable in the filter. The interface makes it easy for our team to mirror our real-life freezer in Genemod, so we no longer have to check every cryobox to find where a sample is.
