It's easy to have multiple team members access one account where each member can search for samples/boxes, add/remove, and edit samples/boxes. The accessibility of also being to edit setups is very nice

Genemod has a lot of interesting features that are useful for biotech R&D. Its virtual freezer is extremely intuitive, functioning like Excel, and allows us to import/export data into spreadsheets. The search functionality is also very neat; if I forget the exact name of an item, I can search by any other keywords, as long as the data is recorded in the sample.

I joined this research lab a while after they adopted the Genemod system, and I easily got used to the platform due to its user-friendly interface and excellent customer support. I'm using Genemod to record samples in the freezers and work on protocols and experiments, and it has been a great experience so far, streamlining the process and keeping records secure.
