Gaviti has made managing our AR collections process so much easier by sending reminders to our customers, and it is convenient to pull an aging and invoice copies when they are all in one place. We use the tool daily for answering customer's questions. Implementation was a breeze and went more quickly than expected, as well as integration with our ERP system. We have had very few issues, but when we have needed them customer support is quick to reply.

I like the ability to send out a monthy email to customers that provides details on what is due that month. The customer edit screen is easy to move around.

The best part of Gaviti is that is can take uploads from your ERP system to analyze your accounts receivable. It provides a dashboard of health metrics, and sends notifications to customers that you specify, from your work e-mail address. We have had minimal negative feedback from our customers on this interface, and have seen a large improvement in our past due balances.
