Crowdsourced Software Reviews

I'm a novice user of G2, but in 2009 I was part of a startup, and one of our side quests (!!) was the vision that G2 has delivered - a hub of user reviews of software by category. G2 is intuitive and easy to navigate, with authentic user reviews. While I'm not a decision-maker for software packages for my firm, I can see what others have said about their experiences using software that my firm provides. Having these insights helps me know how others use specific software in new ways I had not thought of.
