It does what it says it does -> it lets you get data from your accounting system into G-sheets & refreshes on the schedule you set so that you can have any number of live reports / dashboards. Multi-currency FS consolidations are simple. Quick response times.

Easy to use QBO data dump and reporting tool

It's simple to use. Haven't had any download errors. Haven't used the bi-directional capabilities so can't comment. Report customizations are a tad clunky, but they work.
