we implemented G-accon in our finance team this year. We use Xero as our accounting system, but have multiple ledgers and the standard reporting didn't meet our needs. We had built reports in excel that required a TB export each month and was fairly manual. This process was cumbersome and could take hours if not days to finalise reports, particularly as some of our key month end data comes in towards the end of the cut off date for reporting. With G-accon + Xero + Google sheets, our reports can be re-run if needed and will be updated within seconds. This gives our lean finance team, precious hours bck in the day to focus on supporting the management team. I also love the native links, these are particulary helpful for us when we run reports for the sales team to track their receivable book.
