Definitely recommend if looking to outsource email marketing

Force24 are a really easy company to work with. From the initial presentation and proposal, all ideas were presented clearly. Since going live, we have good and prompt communication with our Account Manager. The portal is useful for generating reports related to all of the campaigns we are running. We have only been live a couple of months so it's early days but we are already generating a good number of leads from the campaigns. I would recommend Force24 for any company looking to outsource email marketing as part of a wider strategy for lead gen. We are now coming to the stage where we have sufficient data to be able to evaluate campaign results in order to make improvements and drive more leads at a lower acquisition cost.

A massive leap forward for our marketing and communications

|Force24
We love the journey builder and segmentation tools. We work across multiple audiences that overlap. Using the genius blocks were able to send one email with all the relevant content in for that supporter and have seen engagement grow as a result. The tools are intuitive and reliable. We have automated a daily email we send to contact acts with their help of their engineering team who made it so the data is pulled right of our website, meaning less work and possible errors! They are always super responsive on the chat, and know their system inside out. Issues or knowledge gaps are closed quickly!The development of new features is regular and they are introduced well.
