For me, I had no experience with marketing automation platforms prior to moving onto Force and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I picked things up. The platform is very intuitive, with a drag and drop interface that ensures new users like me have very little difficulty picking things up. Should issues arise, there is a wealth of support available through Force with live support chat and helpdesk articles and videos to identify the issue and provide a solution. Having all this available as part of the service, with no additional support cost is a great selling point for the platform.

The simplicity of the Force platform makes it so easy to manage our marketing material and campaigns! Thanks to the drag and drop interface, our team are more than comfortable building out templates and supporting campaigns. The biggest benefit for me would be the level of support available, should we stumble across difficulties within the platform, we have easy access to experts at Force who can diagnose the issue and recognize a solution quickly and effectively!
