I like how proactive everyone is. They are always setting up meetings to keep things moving, rather than leaving the ball in your court and time moving on not doing anything about it. Everyone has been really helpful and friendly. They clearly know their stuff and are great at sorting everything out for you.

What I like best about Force 24 is the fact that I have my own account handler (Stephanie Smith) who is always a phone call away. Whether she is helping me with the set up of my email template, helping me to implement a strategy around the customer journey or helping my colleagues who are not as familiar with Force 24 with general queries. Stephanie is always quick to find a solution to any potential issue I could be faced with. Overall, Force 24 presents me with all the details I need in relation to my email campaigns and Stephanie feels like an extended member of my team. With her assistance I am always confident that my email campaigns will be a success and that our customers will successfully receive my email communication.
