Consistently great service

The live chat facility connecting users to a member of the F24 team for support is fantastic. Ease of creating templates is brilliant UK support is a big selling point compared to competition.

On the whole, very good. However, a few issues still need addressing

Without a doubt, the instant intercom chat for ongoing support is what makes Force24 a fantastic company to work with. The system can take a while to get used to, granted. However, this almost becomes irrelevant when their 'free training and support for life' model provides consistent and reliable support to our business. Although every member of the customer service team has been brilliant. I'd like to single out Ellea and Megan for their ongoing support in answering my many questions. As for the system itself, contact filtering has proven extremely useful when keeping track of specific contacts, and there are still so many additional features I'm learning about to improve each of our email campaign journeys.
