It is its simplicity and focus on relationships: it is very intuitive (spreadsheet-like) and allows you to organize contacts and track them quickly without complications. Additionally, it automates tasks such as tracking and enriching contacts, which saves time and improves daily management.

It does what I need it to do, is well organized visually, easy to use and doesn't have an overwhleming number of features I'm forced to pay for. Also the Enrichment capabilities are accurate and a big help.

What I value most is the balance between simplicity and capability. Having used ACT for over 30 years, I was concerned about losing functionality when moving to a lighter system, but that has not been the case. Folk does everything I need without the complexity or cost of a traditional CRM, and in some areas it goes further. The ability to capture and organise data directly from email and WhatsApp interactions is particularly impressive and fits far better with how I now work. It feels like a modern, practical tool designed around real relationship management rather than rigid database structures.
