Omni channel OMS project for international retail luxury group

My team is responsible for global and international Fluent Commerce implementation and deployment. This included the eCommerce channel and all store channels. Covering several regions in the world for a brand in the luxury retail business. Before we implemented Fluent Order Management, our biggest challenges were the inability to offer new cross-channel customer journeys, personalization, and mutualizing stock positions to leverage cross-channel capabilities. Within/At Capgemini Digital Customer Experience, we have had a great experience with Fluent Commerce. The most significant benefits have been the implementation of several new customer journeys and high personalization offering capabilities. This is for all regions around the world. In the USA and APAC, business rules and customer behavior are quite different from Europe.

Couple all of these functions with scalability to meet and exceed your peak volumes and Fluent OMS has the solution for any size B2C or B2B organization. As an enterprise architect, I appreciate the ease of how Fluent gracefully fits numerous business models across differing sectors. I have implemented Fluent for large-scale international retailers, regional pure play ecomm stores, and manufacturing/distribution orgs. While Fluent delivers the requisite OMS services, it also integrates with enterprise services ensuring seamless delivery of your end to end processes.

Fluent has enabled us to deliver efficient order fulfillment powered by enhanced inventory data

As a platform agnostic agency, we only recommend the best-of-breed technology to our clients. The Fluent account managers are knowledgeable and extremely supportive throughout the implementation process, and Fluent’s ability to integrate with existing systems means our clients don’t have to take a big bang approach and can transition to an optimized OMS gradually without a large disruption to their existing business processes. Overall, our experience implementing Fluent Commerce has been extremely positive, and we look forward to transitioning more clients to the headless, highly customizable platform.
