What I like the most is that it's fairly easy and intuitive to use. Not all CRMs are like this, there are a lot of them that are very cryptic and byzantine with how they work, but Filevine makes it easy. Now, I am a very tech savvy person, so that's never really an issue for me, but I know a lot of lawyers are either a bit on the older side thus skeptical of all this new tech, or they simply don't have the time to learn all that you need to learn, so the easier the software is to use the better for everyone.
