File Vine is extremely user friendly and assists greatly with my Litigation Paralegal role.

The file link feature is a great tool to ensure all email communications are saved to an individual file. The Outlook built-in feature helps to ensure all events are posted to a client's individaual file in File Vine. The online document signing tool, Vine Sign, is amazing and very easy for client's to utilize in signing documents quickly.

Took a long time to build, but worth it in the end.

Filevine has been so great with helping me get things done with the task list and reminders etc. It's also helped me be more organized and I can get to information quicker than before with our old case management software. I especially like that we can text clients from Filevine instead of having to give out personal cell phone numbers.
