Extremely Functional with some training

|Filevine
Task tracking and overseeing staff to ensure that they are on schedule with tasks and work. Doc storage is also great with the email funcation saving directly to the specific files.

Filevine is as easy to use and as intuitive as you make it. You can design/customize it to streamline your specific processes and save yourself a tone of time. The customer support is continually making improvements. Best of all they are constantly looking at how to improve. If you're looking for a case management product, this is a no brainer.
