The best part of FileVine is how customized you can make the system. We were able to design the system in a way that worked with our existing file structure and with how we work on our cases, rather than trying to learn a new system.

Best case mangement software I have used

Filevine has so many features that make handling cases easier. They are always available for questions or troubleshooting as well. I've used it in two firms that I've worked at and it is definitely the best case management software that I have run into.

Amazing tool

|Filevine
Filevine really helps to stay on top of your file. It allows to keep documents, make notes, send and received messages and attachments. You can have contacts, descriptions, lots of other features. If you need to review the file, just open Filevine and you will see the progress, obviously if you save everything there. I can't imagine to work without it anymore. It is easy to use, very helpful when client calls for updates.
