It is very easy to navigate. You can find files rather quickly uploading is easy. I would recommend to others it is easy to learn to use. Use this 5 days a week and it hardly fails. Customer service is quick to respond.

The easiness of Filevine interface allows anyone to start interacting with it, with or without proper training on how the tool works, I like the way it integrates with other Legal help sofwares as Arctrieval and Case Status, everything is kept within the same platform, everything is organized and ready when trial arrives.

Filevine gives me the ability to sleep at night knowing that file management and oversight is being handled. I can run various reports to check on virtually any aspect of case and personnel oversight. I love that the Filevine team listens to recommendations and are constantly improving and updating functionality and adding new features. It has helped us tremedously to be able to cc files with emails, so those communications don't get lost and are easily accessible within the project activity feed. I love that I can update sections, templates, etc... as needed on my own. Also, the Quickbooks and Outlook integrations have been invaluable. Customer Support is extremely responsive and helpful when questions or issues arise.
