Ability to configure security levels and access to data stored with third parties and internal customers

How easy it is to use. We are able to upload batches of files, generate a share link, and generate a unique password in order for our co-counsel to access files. Additionally, we can easily set the permission levels and other features - such as - having the link to those 'shared files' expire 7 days after we send the link to them. (Which is optional! Sometimes you need that, sometimes you don't want the link to expire.) Bottom Line: The functionality we receive from Files.com makes it the absolute best choice for us!
