When our firm was evaluating a new equity record platform, what stood out the most about ShooBx was the team both on the sales and product side, as well as the ease of use from the interface. The functionality that the platform offers is full circle from data room, fund raising scenario planning, equity grants, board consents, and independent 409a valuations. The independent 409a valuation functionality was key for us when selecting a platform
