Easy to train to meet specific invoicing requirements. Factura's ability to read the invoices and accurately code vendors, locations, departments without human intervention is amazing. A huge time saver. The implementation process was easy, and the support response is impressive. We worked with the Factura team to set up a process for new clients we bring into the firm so that they can be quickly onboarded. Each client we work with has different requirements. I really love the flexibility to set up very simple to very complex approval workflows.
