I really loved how easy it was to setup the app and use the equipment for badge printing. Overall the process was quick and painless. Overall, the experience was great. Blanca and Noor were incredible to work with and provided excellent customer support. Everyone at our event commented on how professional and great the ExpoPass experience was. I would highly recommend to anyone hosting an in-person event.

I work for an association management firm and we have been looking to update our registration and badge process. We had outgrown the days of hand printing, stuffing badges, list pulling, and all of the time-consuming tedious items that go along with badges the old-school way. We decided to try Expo Pass for the first time during our working meeting of 160 attendees to see if it was a good fit for our Summer meeting where we expect 700+ attendees. We were all surprised at how smoothly everything went. Our attendees loved it and the fear that we were going to lose our personal touch by upgrading our process was not an issue at all. We instantly went from outdated processes from the early 2000s to modernization and sophistication! We are excited to grow with Expo Pass and utilize their mobile app and registration features in the future!
