I use this every time to claim expenses our company allows me to pay. It is a very transparent tool with many inbuilt features that are pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like the easy form that helps you to see who approves the reimbursement, when it gets approved and how it really merges with Gmail to give updates on the go. Have used it for 1.5 years and I'm completely happy with it.
