Once you sync your users in, Exclaimer handles the rest. Every time I've needed support they are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable about their product. For instance, in a recent email case, the agent took the time to record a personalized How to video to demostrate the resolution for my ticket. He took the time to make sure he understood my question and answer my question in a detailed way without being to complicated.
