The platform is intuitive and easy to use, looks great, and the customer support is quick and thorough. The onboarding survey is fantastic- you just set it up and forget about it, then you have a dataset building for every touchpoint!

The team (Chee Tung, Dorothy & Ramya) have been very supportive throughout the project. A shout-out especially to Dorothy & Ramya who patiently guided me in using the platform and even supported to generate several custom reports at late notices.
