The throughput and quality dashboards are a great help in understanding team performance on an admin level. Since our clients need to know exactly which team members are not doing so well and which task areas need more support I am able to get those insight at the click of a button and report them to the client. I also loved the rapid evolution of the tool. It has greatly improved from when we initially started using it.

The platform’s collaborative feature has allowed us to improve the accuracy of all of our annotations resulting in a significant uptick in the quality of the annotations. A level deeper, we’ve really enjoyed the level of granularity of annotations + frame classifications we’re able to get to with the ontologies.

Combined with the introduction of Meta’s SAM, the annotation tools have been a game changer.
