Encharge is my go to responder for email retargeting campaigns. Basically I create a landing page and run ad campaigns, getting emails through lead magnet. I use Encharge to send series of emails to visitors that subscribe. I like flexibility, e.g. retargeting options, segmentations, flow control, etc.
