I like how intuitive the interface is. As a general matter, the user experience is smooth, with options easy to find. When I'm not sure how to do something, I can play with it and figure it out often, but when that doesn't work or I'm in a hurry, the user guide information is helpful. I also find the whole thing much, much easier to learn and understand than I had expected!

I like the ease of use and the options available to be implemented. The automations are super easy to configure and has a lot of functionality. I would say this is a pretty good SaaS for emails, one of the top ones to be precise. The user interface is also pretty neat and easy to get started with. I would highly encourage anyone looking for an email automations/marketing tool to try this. I am getting rid of some of my softwares as this one handles multiple aspects by itself. Go for it!

The way I can personalize my campaigns. I love the level at which I can segment my audiences based on very specific behaviour within my website. I am starting to see a huge improvement in the quality of my leads.
