I really like the flow builder to build simple and complex flows. You can use Encharge to craft a flow to help retain customers and reactivate them come back for more. The most important part to me is they actually integrate with Pabbly Connect (Zapier Alternative) so that I could push certain data back to our CRM.

This is a very powerful CMS, similar in abilty to Constant Contact and others. I got a great deal on it for a lifetime license from AppSumo, so the price was right. There are tutorial videos to guide you in setup, but there are a few kinks (more on those in a moment). Once you overcome those, the software is much easier and better to use.

It is extremely user-friendly and it also lets us easily create the marketing flows. They have a lot of integrations with tools such as MailChimp, Gleam and also Stripe.
