Enboarder is very easy to use and the staff are very helpful.

I have been involved in a multitude of HR system implementations and I have to say Enboarder has been the best for several reasons: a) you are buying a capability (time bound customisable workflows - any mature process could be in scope!) b) It is super easy and intuitive to build c) their customer success team is second to none!

The customer service has been phenomenal. Quick responses, thoughtful solutioning, and a true white glove experience are all things that come with Enboarder. I truly felt that the company is our partner and wants us to succeed. They are patient and willing to work with you no matter your technological skill level. The system is incredibly intuitive and easy to use! There is so much you can learn and do in the system but the first few setups are done with your account rep and they are fantastic to work with. They guide you through anything you need and will continue to work with you to get the most out of the system even after you are up and running. Also, the quarterly review they provide really helps you see the see the effectiveness of the system.
