Ease of use and simplicity. Mainly use it for a regular newsletter, but it gets the job done without headache. No user and contact cap also helps organise everything all-in-one place.

Ease of Use!
EmailOctopus is a plug-and-play email marketing software! I can easily log in at any time and create a campaign. Then their reporting features allow me to see what works and is not!

I'm most happy with the simplicity of EO. No extra bells & whistles. I moved over from MC due to their added complexity and aggressive pricing. I have 2 paid accounts, along with 2 free tier accounts.
