What do you like best about EmailOctopus?

In the past I have used several email marketing tools and almost all of them lacked a user-friendly email editor. With EmailOctpus it is different: logical functions, easy to learn, complete and the emails look great in all email clients. What do you dislike about EmailOctopus?

EmailOctopus is super simple to use! It allowed us to integrate our client's information into the site easily. Their brainless right of deactivating your account an not giving any reason for it. Also their staff is pretty rude and impolite and lack basic communication etiquettes They don't even tell you anything let alone let you clarify anything that might have been miscommunicated. What problems is EmailOctopus solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have experienced email delivery rates to inboxes of up to 80-90% increased with Emailoctopus.com, which cant be matched with any other. It is easier to use and has a more intuitive interface.
